As a dietary supplement, mix 2 scoops in approximately 16-24 ounces of water and shake well. If powder does not readily dissolve, allow to sit for a few minutes and shake again. On workout Days: Consume the following amount before and/or during workout. 1-3 scoops per chart. Consume another serving one additional time per day for a total of 2-4 scoops, depending on bodyweight . eg. A 180lb person would consume 4 scoops total for the day. Weight: # of Scoops/Serving: Less than 160lbs:1, 160-180lbs: 2, Over 180lbs:3. On Non-workout Days: Consume the amount (as stated in the above chart) in the AM and another in the PM with our without food. eg. A 180lb person would consume 2 scoops in the AM and 2 scoops in the PM for a total of 4 scoops for the day.
