As a dietary supplement for adults, begin use with one serving (one scoop) mixed with approximately 6 ounces of water. Best when used on an empty stomach approximately 15 to 30 minutes prior to training. Assess tolerance before increasing dose to two servings (two scoops). Do not exceed four scoops at one setting or in a 24 hour period. On non-training days, take one to two servings with 6 ounces of water per scoop. To avoid sleeplessness do not take within 4 hours of bedtime.
