Ordering Instructions for the HCG Diet
or Nutrient Injection Kits
Ordering injectables require a health review and written prescription by our medical doctor. When ordering injectables you will be required to either speak directly to a medical doctor over the phone or supply a health questionaire which must be filled out and returned to us along with your payment information.
Once your medical information has been processed and approved by our doctor, you will be issued a prescription, your credit card will be charged, and the order will be processed. In the event that you are not approved you will be notified by phone or email and credit card will not be charged.
Orders recieved by 12:00pm EST will ship the same day by USPS Priority Mail (unless a shipping upgrade is selected). If the product is out-of-stock, you will be notified immediately. Please allow 7-10 business days to recieve your package.
You will recieve and order confirmation by email however, HCG & Vitamin Injections are processed directly through the pharmacy and are not subject to the BodyFit online tracking for over-the-counter supplements. If your order does not arrive within 7 busnisess days (or within your shipping upgrade), please contact us for manual tracking.
If you do not recieve an emailed order confirmation, please check your junk mail folder as oftentimes it may be filtered there. If the order confirmation has not been filtered to junk and you do not recieve it withing 60 minutes of placing your order please email us with your order name and phone number and we will assist you.
Damaged Packages: In the unlikly event that a product arrives damaged, please keep ALL packaging intact. We will forward a return shipping label and replace your damaged order once we recieve the package.
Depending on your choice of Provider, once you place your order you will be prompted to fill out the medical questionnaire or prior to placing your order you will be prompted to schedule a medical consultation. Most consultations are performed the same business day, you choose the best time.
